Free Oral Cancer Screenings on June 2, 3 & 5

WHAT: Please encourage members of the community to attend a free oral cancer screening. Participants will receive educational information about oral care and the prevention and treatment of oral cancer.

Participants should call ahead to attend the screening by calling: (718) 670-1520 or (718) 670-1060.

WHEN: Monday, June 2:  9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
              Tuesday, June 3:  9 a.m. – 12 p.m. & 4 p.m.-7 p.m.
              Thursday, June 5:  9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

WHERE: Department of Dental and Oral Medicine of New York Hospital Queens
               174-11 Horace Harding Expressway, Fresh Meadows, NY 11365
               (Long Island Expressway- Westbound Service Road)

WHO: Adults – age 18 and over

FYI: Oral health is an important aspect of overall health. More than 34,000 people in the U.S. will be affected by oral cancer this year.
