Flushing, New York - For exemplifying body, mind and spirit the values that bring “Wholeness of Life” to patients at New York Hospital Queens, Kenneth Rifkind, MD, Associate Chairman of Surgery, was awarded the Healthcare Chaplaincy’s Award at a special presentation yesterday. Dr. Rifkind has worked at New York Hospital Queens for more than 30 years.

The award is presented each year to a person who demonstrates respect and commitment to others.
