Our team of physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and physical therapy attendants are dedicated to providing services to patients in all of our patient care units (inpatient care) and provides treatment to a broad spectrum of individuals.
Physical therapy is available to our hospitalized patients 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Our physical therapists also play an integral role in the management of patients in the intensive care unit as well as patients assigned to the early treatment of admitted and emergency room patients.
Our physical therapists provide examination, evaluation and treatment to patients with impairments, functional limitations, disease, and disability. We also provide consultation to the medical and surgical staff regarding physical therapy services. Our physical therapists work to improve each patient's underlying impairments and try to help them make a full recovery, return to their previous level of function or to learn to work within their functional limitations.
Along with the patient's physician, we may recommend that a patient receive physical therapy services in his/her home or on an outpatient basis after leaving the hospital. Additionally, we can determine if they will need assistive equipment such as canes, crutches, walkers or wheelchairs.
We provide physical therapy after discharge from the hospital and for any person who requires physical therapy on an outpatient basis, Outpatient Physical Therapy.
