New York Hospital Queens Selects Jeanette Ho of Flushing as April Employee of the Month

Flushing, NY - Jeanette Ho, from the Patient Financial Services Department, has been selected as New York Hospital Queens’ April Employee of the Month. A resident of Flushing, Ms. Ho began her career at the hospital in 2001. Ms. Ho is responsible for registering patients and verifying their information.

In a recent patient survey, Ms. Ho was singled out in 28 surveys for exhibiting excellent customer service. A panel of professional and support staff selected Ms. Ho for her willingness to interpret for all areas (she is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese) and also for the generous assistance she gives to all patients.

“I like to provide each patient with the best possible care and make them feel comfortable," said Ms. Ho. "I want them to know they made the right choice by coming to New York Hospital Queens. I’m also proud to be able to work and serve in the community I live in.”

Ms. Ho has been married to her husband, Henry, for 22 years and her son, Nelson, is in his third year of studies at St. John’s University. Her favorite pastimes include gardening, bike riding and swimming.
