Our Community Medicine Facilities provide care in medicine, surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, and pediatrics. Most of these facilities are located within Queens' communities, making it easier to access health care right here in Queens.
The Anesthesiology Department provides services for all patients requiring such services in the main operating room, ambulatory surgery unit and the labor and delivery suite.
The Cancer Center provides a comprehensive program of cancer services in a comfortable environment that is close to home for Queens residents. As a result, more Queens patients choose our Center than any other cancer program in the metropolitan area.
The Cardiothoracic Surgery program works in cooperation with a large staff of clinical and interventional cardiologists in order to provide care that is coordinated, comprehensive and with excellent patient outcomes.

The Heart and Vascular Center provides a complete range of cardiac health services. The center is staffed by some of the finest physicians and surgeons in cardiac care today, and employs all of the latest technologies in its fight against heart disease.
The Department of Medicine is the largest clinical department in the medical center and a leader in providing high quality patient care, medical education, and research. The department is comprised of more than 600 academic faculty and voluntary attending physicians.

The Department of Radiology offers a full spectrum of radiologic procedures, using state of the art digital imaging equipment. In addition to general radiology, the department provides vascular interventional services; a Women’s Imaging Center including breast MRI and stereotactic, ultrasound or MRI guided biopsies.
