Positions Categorical 4 | Preliminary 5 (25 total)

On-Call

  • PGY 1-4
    every third of fourth night (scattered exceptions when additional coverage is needed during vacations)

Applications for the Surgical Residency Program are accepted through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). For additional information on ERAS, access their website at: www.aamc.org/eras.

Candidates are evaluated by review of their academic performance, letters of recommendation and personal interview by the Program Director and staff. Selection is conducted via the National Residency Matching Program. Our NRMP Program Codes are:

#1822-19 Categorical 5-year residency program #1822-18 Preliminary track (1-year program for residents entering various surgical subspecialties or other areas such as Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology, Ophthalmology, or Family Medicine)
