Vascular Disease Symposium

 A multidisciplinary symposium on “Vascular Disease in Primary Care” for primary care physicians, cardiologists, nephrologists and other medical specialists who care for patients who either have, or are at high risk for, vascular disease. NYHQ designates this education activity for a maximum of 5.0 AMA PRA Category 1 credits. NYHQ designates these educational activities for 5.0 podiatric contact hours.
