Weight Management Program

Monday January 14, 2013 at 6:00 is the mandatory orientation class. Program starts February 11th.  The cost is $397.27 for 12 weeks. Pre-registration, orientation attendance and pre-payment required.  For more information, call The Cardiac Health Center (718) 670-1695.
