We understand there is concern over the Ebola virus.  NYHQ staff is prepared to handle any suspected cases of the Ebola virus infection in a safe and expedient manner, in accordance to protocols and procedures from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC DOHMH).
The most up-to-date information about transmission, signs/symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, risks, and prevention can be found on the CDC and NYC DOHMH websites:
