High school diploma. Prior secretarial experienced required. Experience with Electronic Medical Records program (EMR) is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Orthopedics Department, is looking for
an office secretary. As a secretary, you will be responsible for
administrative and secretarial tasks in relation with the operational
needs of the practice. Moreover, all the tasks related to patient
scheduling, including pre-admission examinations. He/she will perform
different reception duties including responding and resolving issues,
planning and confirmation of all appointments and the collection and
recording of demographic, insurance information and referrals. He/she
also needs to prepare patients’ charts, answer/monitor/route the phone
calls and provide excellent customer service.
