Information for Day of Surgery

Your surgery will be performed at New York Hospital Queens, located at 56-45 Main Street, Flushing, New York, 11355 (corner of Booth Memorial Avenue and Main Street). A nurse from the Operating Room (OR) will contact you on the day before your surgery to advise you of the time of your surgery as well as what time to arrive. If you miss this phone call, you can reach the Hospital staff at the following numbers:

Same-day surgeries in the Main OR
Before 6 p.m., 718-670-1265

Same-day surgeries in Ambulatory Surgery Unit (ASU)
After 7 p.m., 718-670-1053 or 718-670-1456
