alternative, such as 1 cup enriched soy milk, enriched rice milk, ½ cup
of soy yogurt or ½ cup soy ice cream.
To have a good intake of protein choose at least two
servings from meat and meat alternative group. These include
lean meats, chicken, eggs, cooked dried beans or lentils.
