I employ various treatment modalities depending on the type and severity of the problem and the patient's goals: Pelvic floor exercises, Bladder retraining, Pessary, Dietary modification, Pelvic floor physical therapy, Acupuncture, Medication, Injection of Botox, Bladder neurostimulator, Mesh sling, Native tissue sling, Office-based urethral bulking, Vaginal and/or laparoscopic fistula repair, Minimally invasive surgery for pelvic organ prolapse that may not necessitate a hysterectomy, using advanced laparoscopic techniques, or using a vaginal route (with or without the use of mesh)
