After internship in Medicine at The Staten Island Hospital, Dr. Silverberg completed the Anesthesiology residency at the Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in 1984. This was followed by a fellowship in Neuroanesthesia at the Neurological Institute at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center.
