William Wolff , MD received his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, in 1969. After internship at Meadowbrook Hospital, he served in the United States Air Force as Captain and Flight Surgeon at the School of Aerospace Medicine and at the School of Tropical Medicine, (Clark Air Force Base, the Philippines).
