WHAT: The Bone and Joint Hospital of Queens at New York Hospital Queens (NYHQ) is expanding its Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation program to meet the growing needs of the Queens community. Joint pain affects 30 percent of adults in the U.S., according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Queens community is no exception.
At the open house for the expanded program facility, experts from the Bone and Joint Hospital of Queens at New York Hospital Queens will participate in a special online event to help educate community members on dealing with joint pain. Participants can ask questions and take an online survey to help decide how to deal with an aching hip, knee or shoulder.
