In response to patient inquiries, we have added online appointments as an additional amenity at the NYHQ Center for Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation Medicine.  The patient portal system within our EMR (Electronic Medical Records) allows our existing patients to access their chart on a limited scale.  Currently, you are able to request a non-urgent, future appointment through remote access, following the instructions below.  Please do not schedule urgent, same day appointments online; continue to call the Center at 866-670-OUCH (6824).
